What we are looking for
We are looking for passionate professional and customer focused individuals who will be responsible for implementing the greytHR application and ensuring successful project outcomes for our clients.
What You Will be Doing
• Post acquiring greytHR product expertise, you will act as a techno-functional (HR & Payroll) consultant and enable clients leverage greytHR for their business needs. Specifically you will:
• Acquire and maintain a comprehensive understanding of greytHR - in terms of usage, configuration, implementation and value proposition.
• Proactively build strong customer relationships
• Analyze current performance management processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for the performance management system.
• Configure and customize the software to meet the needs of the organization.
• Train users on the new system, including managers, employees, and HR staff.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the system.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the system and make recommendations for improvements.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the system.
• Ensure all project-related activities are completed to enable the organization to continuously track and improve the Implementation process
• Actively contribute to continuous improvement in the areas of the implementation process, product, and customer support.
What Skills should have to join us
• Must be a graduate in any discipline
• Proven experience in implementing performance management systems.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel skills
• Understanding of the Software product implementation life-cycle will be an advantage
• Experience in client engagement and query resolving through effective telephone and email communication
• Highly Customer Focused with the ability to partner with clients and help them achieve their goals
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Apart from English, familiarity in either Hindi or Telugu will be an advantage
• Strong eagerness towards learning
