Position Purpose:
The Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition and management of enterprise-level clients in the B2B software space. The role includes defining and implementing sales strategies, leading a sales team, and closing large-scale deals. The individual will be key in scaling the enterprise sales function and establishing strong, long-lasting relationships with high-value customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and execute a sales strategy focused on enterprise customers.
- Drive enterprise revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities in key target sectors
- Implement effective sales methodologies (e.g., consultative sales, solution-based selling) to maximize conversion rates and deal sizes
- Prospect, qualify, and engage C-level decision-makers and stakeholders within target enterprises.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of enterprise sales executives to meet individual and team goals.
- Define clear objectives, set KPIs, and regularly monitor performance.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integration of the company’s software into the client’s business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide detailed reports to senior leadership on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback
Skills Required
- 8-15 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a proven track record in enterprise-level sales.
- Demonstrated ability to close large, complex deals with multi-million-dollar contracts.
- Experience managing and leading sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- In-depth knowledge of the B2B software industry, including SaaS, cloud-based platforms, or enterprise-level solutions.
- Managed a team of 3 to 4 members in Enterprise sales.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, deal negotiation, and closing
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
