Responsibilities:
1. Handle day-to-day administration of the learning management system (LMS)
2. Upload courses on the LMS
3. Download and process the data from the LMS as per requirements
4. Prepare MIS reports as per requirement
5. Communicate with learners to resolve their queries related to LMS and certification
6. Promote the courses on LMS by working on the promotional initiatives
7. Encourage learners to complete the courses taken and ensure an increase in the course completion rate
8. Pro-actively suggest the modifications/upgrades required to the LMS to enhance learner experience and administrative efficiency
9. Support the LMS enhancement initiatives whenever required
Qualifications:
1. Graduate in any discipline
2. 1-2 years experience of working in HR/Admin/LMS admin/KM department
2. Working knowledge of the MS Office suite
3. Good command over English verbal and written communication
4. Drive to support the learners
